Issaquah (WA) Branch
Our members have a wide variety of personal interests and get together with other members that share those interests. Here is a list of our current groups with a brief description of each group. More information about each group's activities can found in the monthly members' newsletter and e-mails from the group leaders.
The book group discuss current literature as well as non-fiction. The group meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 10:00 am.
The members of the group determine which books they want to read. Here is what we are reading.
The Daytime Bridge group meets the second Friday of the month at 9:30 am.
The Marathon Bridge Group sets up a tournament with play dates scheduled by the hosts. They raise money for our Bellevue College scholarship(s).
The Gourmet group plans their own menus to host at home as well as eats out at local restaurants
The Hiking group takes several hikes a month, usually a Tuesday and a Saturday.
The Movie and Lunch Bunch usually meets on the last Tuesday of the month for lunch and movie.
The Stylish Shuttle is a service we offer our members which doubles as a fund raiser for the branch. Volunteers provide a ride to the major transportation terminals for a member and a guest in return for a donation made to the branch.
